I had to do a restore but kooltext I backed up then reloaded now it gives me an error and says ask for support.

Hi,
To resolve error like this usually you can go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\IMTalker\KoolText

There should be a folder called "master", try to delete that folder and see if it resolves the issue.
