In some cases, server sometimes goes down. I would highly recommend that you download the media to your local machine. To download put a check-mark on the Auto add to download list. In addition, can you tell me which version are you using? 4.7? If it still doesn't work yet, please contact me via my nickname "VNFox" on paltalk and I'll glad to get it resolve for you. |
