| activate hdmediaplayer pro ,not ok |

i have told you about my problem.you don't answer my request.
i have donate for a hdmediaplayer pro.
I follow your instructions and send the id order number and the serial key to my friend.
But when she install the bot, after that she cannot activated it.
She tried many times but it does not work , a message telling she " an unexpected error contact support team.
I have 2 hdmediaplayer pro and no problem to activate them.
She have a very good internet connection, and she don't want anybody to go in her computer.
So, can you help me .

I has had to reactivate mine and sometimes it wont connect to their server for a day or two , then it finally activates . but try her to make sure no space in front or behind .

if you already registed in this forum
with the email you bought the HD Bot
you can click Top Left Link --- RE-ACTIVATE SERIAL KEY ---
just paste the order ID and serial number and reactive it

my problem is not to activate on my computer.
it's that i had done like scripted said i.e. give id order and serial key to a friend as a gift , she can't run , can't do anything , only error message
she uninstall it; and install again , always nothing
after that, i must use it although i already have 2 hdmediaplayer pro.
i tell her to install hd mediaplayer free now , if that run on her computer i will send her another one pro
but it's a pity ; i don't know why she cannot run hdmediaplayer free either.
a thing about the hdplayer is:
when i use command mkme , markall ,( add to favorites) the bot' mark also the song that is playing or using amk (add and mark) it mark the song that is playing
anyone had this problem? |

theoriginal setup file got bugs.
i got the same probleme too.

bot nay la cai' thu' 2 minh xai
