Stop recognizing answers

I have a Trivia Bot professional version it stops recognizing the answer please help I quit and restarted it still wont work

I've seen this issue related to the room banner. Sometimes a certain text in the room banner will caused this issue. Try to clear the room text and see if it picks up the text. Thanks
